D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and How to Access It
  • In case of any grievance / complaint, investor should approach the concerned Research Analyst and shall ensure that the grievance is resolved within 30 days.
  • If the investor's complaint is not redressed satisfactorily, one may lodge a complaint with SEBI on SEBI's SCORES portal (Securities and Exchange Board of India Complaints Redress System) at https://scores.sebi.gov.in or may call SEBI Toll Free Helpline at 1800 22 7575 / 1800 266 7575.

E. Expectations from Investors (Do's and Don'ts)
Do's:
  • Always deal with SEBI registered Research Analyst.
  • Ensure that the Research Analyst has a valid registration certificate.
  • Check for SEBI registration number.
  • Pay advisory fees / research fees only through banking channels (no cash).
  • Understand the risk profile of the investment before investing.
  • Read the research report carefully before taking any investment decision.
Don'ts:
  • Do not associate with unregistered entities.
  • Do not pay any fees in cash or through personal accounts of employees of RA.
  • Do not sign blank transfer documents.
  • Do not believe in assured / guaranteed returns.
  • Do not blindly follow tips or recommendations without analyzing the risk.
